Amor innovador/Innovative Love

Ya esta semana tuve mi 4ta quimioterapia. Le doy gracias a Dios por su cuidado y por el amor que recibo por medio de todos ustedes.

(This week I had my 4th chemo treatment. I thank God for His care and for the outpouring of love I'm receiving from all of you.)

 

 

Quiero compartir con ustedes sólo algunas de las demostraciones de amor "innovadoras" con las que me bendicen.

(I want to share with you some of the "innovative" ways in which I have been blessed by your love).

  

 

Una familia muy amada de Puerto Rico me tiene en su "muro de oración". Una pared de su casa llena de versículos bíblicos y mi foto. Cada vez que pasan por ahí me presentan en oración y oran por mí usando la Palabra de Dios.

(A dear family from Puerto Rico have me in their "praying wall". They filled out a wall at their house with Bible verses and my photo. Each time they pass by they remember to lift me up in prayer using the Word of God as a guide)

 

 

 

 

 

I have received many messages from children including my former students of Sunday Bible class in PR to let me know that they are praying for me. This next video is the prayer of a 3 years old girl praying for me and for another friend of us who is also battling cancer. Her prayer is very simple and yet powerful: "Daddy God, heal Becky, cure Becky, heal Becky, take care of Becky....Amen"

 

 

 

 

 

Un grupo de nuestros amigos y hermanos en Cristo de Puerto Rico se han dado a la tarea de enviarme un "special delivery" el  día de cada una de mis quimioterapias. Para mi 3er tratamiento enviaron estas "t-shirts" con el nombre del blog "Louder and Stronger". El texto dice "Porque los amigos no dejan solos a sus amigos en la lucha contra el cáncer". También inundaron mi "facebook" ese día con muestras de apoyo.

(A group of friends from Puerto Rico have been sending a "special delivery" for each one of my chemo treatments. For my 3rd chemo they came up with the idea of these  "t-shirts" with the name of this blog "Louder and Stronger". The text reads "Because friends don't let friends fight cancer alone". They not only sent "t-shirts" for each one of my family members, but flooded my "facebook" that day with photos and posts to show their support.)
